New Class: Gentle flow/Yin; Saturdays, 8-9:30am with Colleen Blanchard

This class is a mix of gentle vinyasa (flowing sequence of postures) and yin poses. Yin yoga features seated and reclining poses passively held 3-5 minutes and focuses on releasing deep connective tissue; this approach marries asana (postures) and meditation to create a very deep and quiet practice, suitable for all levels.
