Beginning May 19, Sunisa Kim will teach a Friday, 10-11:15am all levels Yin/Yang flow class.
For a completely integrated practice, this class combines a strong, heating, ‘Yang’ vinyasa flow with the quiet, cooling ‘Yin’ aspects of relaxing restorative poses. Yin postures are held longer to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening. Because this class includes a flow sequence, it’s best suited for students who are already comfortable practicing vinyasa/flow
