  • Yin Yang flow level 1For a completely integrated practice, this class combines a strong, heating, ‘Yang’ vinyasa flow with the quiet, cooling ‘Yin’ aspects of relaxing restorative poses. Yin postures are held longer to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening. Because this class includes a flow sequence, it’s best suited for students who are already comfortable practicing vinyasa. with Sunisa Kim Sunisa’s passion for yoga inspired her to complete 200 hours of teacher training with YogaWorks at the Larchmont Center for Yoga in Los Angeles, California and completed 50 hours of Yin Yoga teacher training. She views the science and spirituality of Yoga as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness while creating a counter-balance to the stresses of modern life. Sunisa is a devoted Yogini and teacher with a free spirit and kindness to help others pursue their practice and find balance in life and well-being through Yoga. Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines (Yin Yoga, Vinyasa flow, and Hatha), and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Her classes focus on breath, alignment and the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit, allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and transformational environment. Currently, she will be completing 500 hours with Annie Carpenter for SmartFLOW Training. Prior to receiving her yoga certification with YogaWorks and Yin Yoga teacher training, she had an opportunity to train with Yogabuddies, equipping her to teach yoga to young kids.
